Yu Cao
Team Developer (HR)
Yu joined HRnetOne, a Singapore-based recruitment agency as his first career where he worked as a headhunter in the industrial technology and IT industry. He then worked as a recruitment specialist for mid-career recruitment in Nihon Tetra Pak, the largest drink packaging company in the world.
In 2019, he moved to Connected Robotics, a robotics startup, where he was responsible for recruitment and organizational development as an HR.
In 2023, Yu joined Real Tech Holdings as a Team Developer, where he is responsible for HR recruitment support for hands on support for the portfolio venture companies along with Real Tech Fund’s recruitment.
Yu graduated from Sophia University, Faculty of Law, Department of Global Environmental Law.
