Hiroyuki Takahashi

Growth Manager

Hiroyuki Takahashi obtained a doctorate in science from Yokohama City University Graduate School. He joined Leave a Nest in 2009. Hiroyuki has been initiating activities that create an opening for the social implementation of research results and ideas from academia. Examples include the LNEST Grant, a research grant for researchers aged 40 or younger that is funded primarily by the private sector, and the Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference, a forum designed for a broad accumulation of knowledge among a diverse group encompassing academia, startups, large companies, and small factories.

Hiroyuki also has involvement in IP strategies as a member of NEST iPLAB Co., Ltd., which, among other things, handles the IP strategies of universities and startups, and utilizes the “patent highway” to expedite the acquisition of relevant rights for Southeast Asian intellectual properties.

Hiroyuki covers life sciences as a growth manager at Real Tech Fund.

He also serves as Executive Officer of Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. and Director of NEST iPLABCo., Ltd.
