Ryuta Takeda conducted research on the structures of phytopathogens at the Ohio State University (USA) and obtained a Ph.D. in 2011. After joining Leave a Nest, he served as Director of the Human Resources Development Division and Director of the International Development Division before assuming office as Director of Global Bridge Research Center. Ryuta contributes to the overseas strategies of Leave a Nest’s businesses, particularly to TECH PLANTER, which identifies and fosters university-based deep technology in 10 countries. He has an extensive network of overseas incubators and accelerators, especially national government agencies and institutions. Ryuta currently works on establishing forums for the resolution of Southeast Asia’s deep issues with Japanese science and technology.
